Service Description
Focus on literacy, numeracy, physical development, and executive functions — all that babies, toddlers and preschoolers need! Transform into a budding bookworm with our immersive all-weather activity club designed for preschoolers. Dive into exciting activities like potion making, mud kitchen play, building with foam blocks, toddler gardening, and toddler art. Enhance your early literacy and numeracy skills while exploring nature trails and taking on engaging challenges. Children will betaken care of by a qualified, OFSTED registered childminder and a qualified teacher in a lovely home-from-home environment, with access to a large garden and proximity to parks. This gives parents a well-deserved rest, different from usual toddler clubs where parents must stay. Cancellation Policy
Booking Process: All bookings must be made exclusively through our website. Registration for each child must be completed before the scheduled day of attendance using the booking form. Allergies Notification: Please inform us of any known allergies your child may have at least 24 hours before their booking date. This allows us to ensure the safety of all participants and make necessary accommodations, such as avoiding specific allergens like nuts. Changes and Amendments: Changes or amendments to bookings require a minimum of 72 hours notice. With prior notice, you have the flexibility to change your booking to a different day or venue (if spaces are available), or carry the booking forward to a future date, including the following holiday period. Cancellation Policy: In the rare event that we must cancel a day due to low numbers, you will be notified by email and text at least 3 days in advance. We strive for a minimum of 6 children per day to ensure the smooth running of activities and sports. Alternative options, such as transferring to another camp running that week, will be offered in case of cancellation. Trial Days and Observation: While we do not offer trial days, parents are welcome to visit and observe our activities before committing to a booking. However, please note that leaving your child with us requires payment. Late Pick-Up Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to late pick-ups. In the event that you are 5-10 minutes late, we will contact you to understand the situation. We operate a '3 strikes' policy for late pick-ups. If your child is more than 15 minutes late to be collected three times within a year, we reserve the right to restrict future bookings for your child(ren). A fee of £15 per 15 minutes will be added to the booking for late pick-ups. Refund Policy: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if your child is sick or if you have changed your plans. However, with 72 hours notice, you can carry forward your booking to use on a future date. Booking Error: If you accidentally book the wrong day, we will happily transfer your booking to your desired date without any additional charges as long as we have 72h notice and spaces are available.
